Taking the HomePod to a place without internet connection and enjoying music with all the quality that the Apple speaker can offer us is possible, and also very easy to do, no need for third-party apps or any kind of weird trick. But something that many do not know is that you can use it as a speaker without being connected to any WiFi. The homePod is a smart speaker, and as such it needs an internet connection via WiFi to be able to perform all the tasks that this implies, from playing Apple Music to listening to Podcasts or searching for news or the weather on the internet.
